By using itraah.com or placing an order, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us

Your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details are entered on Cashfree's secure payment page and are processed by Cashfree and your bank. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. We only receive the payment status and a transaction reference for your order.

To prevent fraud and misuse, and to keep the website secure.
To meet our legal duties, such as issuing GST invoices and keeping tax and accounting records.
3. Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run ITRAAH:
Cashfree Payments, to process your online payment.
Delhivery, our delivery partner, who receives your name, phone number and delivery address to ship your order and contact you about delivery.
Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts our website and stores our data on servers in India.
Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, which help us measure site visits and the performance of our ads.
Service providers we use to send emails, SMS or WhatsApp messages on our behalf.
Government or law enforcement authorities, when we are required to by law or to protect our rights and our customers.
Each of these providers handles your data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose we share it for.
4. Where your data is stored and how we protect it
Your data is stored on secure servers in India. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, access to customer data is limited to people who need it to run the business, and we do not store payment card details. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information and will act promptly if we become aware of a problem.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies that are needed for the site to work (for example, to keep you signed in and remember your cart), and analytics and advertising cookies from Google Analytics and Meta Pixel. These help us see which pages are popular and show relevant ITRAAH ads on platforms like Instagram and Facebook. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the site, such as sign-in and checkout, may not work properly.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws, including GST law, require. When we no longer need your information for these purposes, we delete it or make it anonymous.
