Shipping policy

This shipping policy explains how and when your ITRAAH order is packed, shipped and delivered. It applies to all orders placed on itraah.com, which is run by M/S Itraah Perfumes. Every order is dispatched from our facility in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh, and delivered by our courier partner, Delhivery.

1. Where we deliver

We currently deliver only within India, to all PIN codes serviced by Delhivery. You can check whether we deliver to your area by entering your PIN code at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Payment: prepaid orders only

All orders on ITRAAH are prepaid and paid online at checkout by card, UPI, net banking or wallet through our secure payment partner, Cashfree Payments. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successful.

3. Shipping charges

Any shipping charge that applies to your order is shown clearly at checkout, before you make the payment. You will never be asked to pay anything extra to the delivery person.

4. Dispatch time

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of successful payment.

• We dispatch orders Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

• During sales, festive seasons or product launches, dispatch may take a little longer. If your order is delayed, we will let you know by email.

5. Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders sooner, while remote areas may take longer.

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries can sometimes be delayed by factors outside our control, such as weather, natural events, strikes, local restrictions, or high courier volumes during festive seasons. We are not responsible for such delays, but we will help you track your parcel and follow up with the courier.

6. Order tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link with your shipment number (AWB), so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 working days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or write to us.

7. Your delivery address

• Please double-check your name, full address, PIN code and phone number before paying. Our courier uses your phone number to contact you about delivery.

• If you need to change the address, email us before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.

• We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incomplete or incorrect address or phone number.

8. Failed or refused deliveries

If the courier cannot deliver your order, for example because no one is available, the phone is unreachable or the address is incorrect, they will try to contact you and attempt delivery again. If delivery still fails, or if the parcel is refused, it is returned to us. In that case, we refund the order amount after deducting shipping charges, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Receiving your parcel

Our attars are packed to travel safely. Still, we recommend recording an unboxing video every time you open an ITRAAH parcel. If your bottle arrives broken or leaking, or an item is wrong or missing, we can help only when the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. If the outer package looks torn, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery, please take a photo of it before opening and mention it to us when you write in.
